d'Arnaud Athletics Baseballism Academy, located in Los Angeles, California, is a 10,208 square foot state-of-the-art baseball training facility. We are proud to be a certified Overtime Athletics Performance Group, employing a data-driven approach to maximize each athlete's performance. Depending on which package an athlete chooses, our process involves a detailed assessment of each player using advanced 3D Biometric Motion Capture Technology, Vald Force Plates and Timing Gates. This allows us to analyze a series of precise movements, identifying strengths and areas for improvement that we can track over time. Based on these insights, we craft a customized training program tailored to each athlete's individual goals and the demands of the season ahead.

Who can train with d'Arnaud Athletics?We excel in training baseball players, but our programs are also ideal for any rotational sport athlete, including those in golf, tennis, and football. Our regimen is crafted for dedicated athletes aiming to enhance their performance and reach their full potential. Our program welcomes athletes ages 13 and up.

Do you offer private sessions?We offer private baseball lessons. All our performance sessions are conducted in a small group setting and supervised by our trainers. We believe that this environment fosters a sense of camaraderie, where athletes motivate and challenge each other to work harder and improve.

What sets this program apart?We provide complete comprehensive training for baseball players (hitting, fielding, pitching, catching, strength, speed, mobility, & mental side). This isn't your typical baseball facility; We emphasize teaching the fundamental commonalities that elite MLB athletes share while focusing on the necessary details within each exercise and drill that are commonly disregarded.

How do I sign up?Registration for baseball classes/memberships are separate from performance training registration. Signup for performance training by visiting the pricing page on our performance website. Strength and Speed sessions can be booked a la carte. Strength & Speed Performance Members have the ability to stay logged in and book sessions by clicking on the sessions they would like to attend on our performance schedule page. Sessions can be booked up to 2 weeks in advance. Sessions may not be scheduled within 3 hours of the start time.

How do I cancel or reschedule a strength and/or speed session?On your account dashboard, you will click on the session you would like to cancel/reschedule and select the appropriate option. Sessions may not be cancelled within 24 hours of the start time.
